Don?t worry, there are plenty of other foreclosures in Point Loma. Well not really, only 3 as of today. Not many foreclosures in Point Loma makes me happy. It?s a step in the right direction and a sign that lenders are approving more short sales because they know that REO?s are much more expensive to dispose of.

Lastly, the other day I heard something that made me scratch my head.

I went to open a house for an agent to show her clients. What was the first thing out of her mouth? ?Oh this home only has one bathroom?? Um, duh!!! Are you kidding me? You?re dragging your clients to view a home that you told me you thought they would love and you don?t even know how many bathrooms it has? For Pete?s sake, how?frustrating?it is to have agents like this in our business.
