Small Business Sales & Reporting Coordinator

The Purpose of the Role:
To co-ordinate the processes required to ensure all orders within a specific product area are completed to schedule within the agreed quality, deadlines and customer requirements.
?
Key Responsibilities:
?
??To assist team members, where necessary, to ensure all deadlines are adhered to. This will include order processing, exception management, quality control and resolving rep/customer queries
??To provide support and training to team members
??To provide support to field teams regarding potential sales
??To liaise with Regional Sales Managers, National Sales Managers & Client Service Mangers regarding weekly figures/targets for all reports generated in the area.
??To perform data queries and reports as directed by Team leader
??
??This position is responsible for all of their Administrator?s tasks, and is ultimately accountable for the flow and organisation of work through their product area?
??To identify and resolve problem/queries, which could have a negative impact on customer satisfaction by investigating, communicating and managing the implementation of any required solution.
?
??To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your team leader/manager.
?
Skills / Qualifications / Experience
?
??Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
??Must have advanced excel and reporting skills.
??They should have excellent general computer skills, be fully proficient in Ms Office and show an open and forward thinking approach to the use of new technologies in the area
??Would need to be confident in communicating with other areas throughout the business and flexible towards both to the work and hours.
??The jobholder must have excellent organisational and planning skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
??They must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with people from a variety of backgrounds and understand the principles of motivation and customer service in a work environment.
??They must demonstrate a flexible and innovative approach to working and be willing to encompass new systems or working practices into the scope of their job
??Must be a well motivated team player with drive and confidence.
